*Standard Hours:

9:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday

After Hours Support:

Hourly Rate x 1.5 Anytime Outside *Standard Hours or on Federal Holidays

All times are AK Daylight TIme Zone

Hourly rates:

$180 per Consultant Hour. Ask about our rrecurring prepaid time under bright care plan.

Expert Services for Secuity Incident Handling or Cell phone and Computer Forensic matters $360 per man hour

Travel time to and from client site will be billed at current hourly rate except when included in Bright Care or Bright Care Plus options.

Qualifying 501(c)(3)Non-Profit rate will be at a 25% discount from our normal rates. Non-Profit Credited time will be shown as an in-kind contribution.

Parts, software licenses and other reimbursable expenses will be at cost plus 10%
