ü  Web Filtering Service (you can block websites by category or specifically if needed)

ü  Bright Care System Monitoring software suite that includes ransomware detection and isolation

ü  Critical Operating System Patch management 

ü  Performance & Health Reporting (comes to BSI staff automatically and can forward to you on request)

ü  Remote Support Suite (enables BSI staff to connect remotely and share screen with you)

ü  Systems documentation

ü  Active SPAM filtering & email virus filter for compatible email systems.

ü  Support of Network environment including Hardware and Software (at hourly rate as defined below)

ü  Vendor coordination for other network services or service providers.

ü  Special rates for recurring pre-paid hours




Bright Care Lite 

Basic services help ensure a healthy network and access to professional support at a competitive hourly rate.

$45 per PC / Server (physical and virtual) or per managed network attached device per month + hourly cost for consultant time (as reported per current Supported Device List)

 


 


Bright Care 

Standard labor is included during standard business hours. Clearly aligns business owners’ interest with IT support. We all just want maximum productivity with minimal downtime.

Includes:

ü  All services of Bright Care Lite included

ü Consultant time and travel is included during Standard Hours no additional cost

ü Preventative care and  proactive without concern of additional labor

ü Workstation & Server Performance Tuning

ü Priority access to the BSI staff to address critical business issues

$210 per PC / Server (physical and virtual) per month + $40 per month for each additional managed network device such as Firewall Wi-Fi antenna etc. (as reported per a current managed device Inventory listing).

Bright Care + 

Hardware and for service is a fixed monthly cost.

Includes:

ü  All services of Bright Care Lite and Bright Care are  included

ü  Labor is included whenever needed no extra cost.

ü  BSI staff can dedicate time for preventative care without concern of additional labor

ü  System Logging & Intrusion detection

ü  Workstation & Server Performance Tuning

ü  Priority access to the BSI staff to address critical business issues

Additional Services which may be billable with Bright Care Packages

 

·         Initial configuration, remediation, and onboarding to bring the network to an acceptable operating state as determined by Bright Solutions Inc.  

·         3rd party changes or additions to the network without prior notification or approval of Bright Solutions Inc.

·         Installation of additional software or hardware beyond original initial configuration

·         Onsite and cloud backup and disaster recovery storage & licensing

·         Security Incident and/or Forensic Response

·         Configuration of Cell Phones or Tablets     

·         Office moves to a new location and desk moves inside the office

·         Installation or replacement of network wiring

·         Custom reports

·         Data Entry

·         Data Conversion

·         Programming

·         Web Development

·         Hardware and Software licensing

·         Reprogramming of devices due to static IP change by Internet Service Provider

·         Support within an accounting package

·         Onsite delays beyond control of Bright Solutions staff

·         Retrieving or resetting “lost” account information if it was not provided by client.

·         After Hours or Extended Hours labor unless on bright care +
